Jessica Thomas, PhD, LMFT is currently accepting insurance from Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Pacific Source, Aetna and MODA. She can also submit claims as an out-of-network provider. Please note, insurance plans will only cover “medical” and therefore do not always cover couples therapy. That being said, you should contact your insurance company directly, using their phone number for mental health benefits.
